small (14") frameset or bike wanted (Kona or similar or ?)

For my 10 yo. son I am looking for a small 14"-ish frameset or full bicycle.

New bicycles in small sizes all seem to be produced well after summer. He needs a new bike this spring.

Ideally I would like a Kona 14" frame or bike from the first half of the 90's. (Kilauea, Fire Dome, Cinder Cone, Explosif, etc.) But beggers.....

High end unoptanium frames and bikes can be offered to me but I plan to let my 10 yo ride it. Something pratical is what I am looking for.

For 14" your choice is a Hahana, unless you go later, around 1995 they started doing a Lavadome in 14" so you gain DB tubing.

Unless you go custom (HeiHei, Hot, Ku)

Small bike found. It's a 1988 Cannondale SM800 in Blue with yellow decalls. Very good condition.
