Hi All,
Here are a few pics of what my 1991 Ala Carte looks like at the moment.
It's not a Jelly Bean though.
The paint job on mine was called 'Rasta Flag'.
Not many about.
Sadly it had to be repainted about 6 years ago because the seat tube had rotted and was repaired.
I repainted the colours on it as best I could to replicate the original.
Not a period build but still a great ride and gets regular use.

Appreciate they're both modern. Apologies. But one is quit nice now finished and the other is, well, very functional.

don't know anything more about it other than many a nice drink has been had in it over the years.

Mine is currently holding my paint brushes on my desk
Will get a photo of my Caliente Peace Fleece and tea mug with instruction manual when I get a chance...

Wow, great to see all the cool Salsa stuff.
Very envious of the beer glass, it reminded me that I had a cool rare sticker stuffed away somewhere.
Back in 2011, at the time I was renovating my Ala Carte I contacted Ross Shafer to see if he had any of the old frame stickers tucked away anywhere.
As it happens he didn't have any of the main ones but he did send me a couple of Columbus tubing stickers and this very cool Salsa sticker with a message on the back from the man himself - Legend!
