Here's mine, built a bit like the MBUK team bikes from '92.



Currently it is shod with Porcupines ready for Mountain Mayhem 8)

Got a pair of Bonty forks so I might go for a different build on it later in the year :?

Saw this bike at Pullins Cyclery in downtown Chico. Owner says it was a prototype of the Ala Carte.

Also noted, from the Mountain Bike Hall of Fame site, that Ross Shafer built his first frame (a road bike) while living in Paradise, CA, about 8 miles up the ridge from Chico.
