Hi all -- my frame has arrived so will be undertaking a budget build. I'll start a build thread in the appropriate place.

I'm interested in any comments / info / advice. From what I've read on here, it's quite an early frame. It's sound overall -- threads, etc are intact -- but a little beat-up, with surface rust here and there. I won't be respraying, so it'll have to be cleaned up and there needs to be a solution for preventing any further rust.

I have a back wheel and freewheel which is also pretty rough and some odd bits and pieces here and there, but will be looking for components on eBay and Gumtree here in Australia. Wish me luck . . .

This is the fork I'm planning to use. Not sure if it's a butted version but thankfully there's enough steerer.
