Breezer-Storm - 1 (7).jpeg

My ongoing project, a Breezer Storm I picked up a few weeks ago in the outskirts of Munich. Frame number starts with "H1" which would indicate 1991, but the components are LX M560, so I guess it was built up in 1993. Overall condition is not the best, it shows scars from years of use and abuse, but nothing structural. I use my bikes so I really do not mind the patina, but obviously it needs to go through a cleansing process to rid it from the Marathons, Pogostick seatpost, plastic fenders and rear rack:

There, a little bit better. The plan now is dictated by my parts bin, but luckily it seems only one two other bike need to get cannibalized to find a nice combination of Ritchey Logic parts with XT M732/M735.

Very inspirational thread, I feel very lucky to finally have one of these beautiful bikes!

How have your decals not blisterd and flaked off? Amazing condition.
Oh they are, especially on the fork but's not that bad yet.
It's a shame but it can't be changed and it still drives, that's the main thing for me. I'm not a dealer.
The broken spoke nipples bother me more at the moment, I urgently need to replace them.
