My bike history is quite simple: I still have all of them except 3
-Dahon Presto Lite 16" wheel (sold because not used, two Brommies arrived after)
-Dahon Jack 26" wheel (sold because I stopped working as courier)
-Condor World Series special edition bronze colour (sold because I can't get on with proper track geometry).

These are just my mountain bikes from first to last:
1. '82 Scot can't remember the model - sold
2. '84 Diamondback Accent - sold
3. '86 Diamondback Axis 6sp all XT components, Cook Bros Dog Bone Cranks. My first high end bike which I truly loved. Stolen out of my office at my place of work place.
4. '89 Specialized Rock Hopper a poor replacement for the Axis. Also stolen out in from of a coffee shop. Chased the bozo as he was riding the bike on the wrong side of the road against traffic. I was hope someone would hit him and probably would have if it hadn't been before cell phones.
5. ''91 Specialized Stump Jumper w/ future shock. Is was ok. sold
6. '95 Schwinn Homegrown Sweet Spot URT. Loved that bike, but someone broke into my garage and you guessed it - took my pride and joy. I can only assume that I was a bike thief in a previous life time and I was now paying off a karmic debt. This was one of the first years for the bike and Schwinn used a bottom bracket for the swing are pivot.
7. '95 Kestrel CSX - decent bike but I sold the frame along with my Trek road bike to get the next two bikes.
8. '96 GT LTS-1. Great bike but didn't care for the longish chain stays. Sold frame it to get #10
9. '96 GT Zaskar. What can I say it was a Zaskar. Anodized red. Rode the hell out of that bike and then it became my commuter and finally gave to a friend's son. The anodized red turned pink. Not sure my friend's son appreciated that.
10. '98 Santa Cruz Heckler. After 12 years of riding it the top tube shock mount broke and that was that. Wound up selling the rear triangle.
11. '05 Mountain Cycle Rumble. Sold frame
12. ?? Amp B4. Used as a commuter. IMO it was too squirrely for trail riding but made a great commuter. sold frame because I quit working so didn't need a commuter.
13. '07 Sette carbon fiber Phantom. It was a decent hard tail but was too big for me. sold frame and fork
14. '97 Litespeed Owl Hollow. Just finished putting this one together and so far very good.

The last seven bikes came as frames only and were built up. Hope my wife doesn't see this list. :shock:

1994 is muddy fox alu pro in anodized purple, stx groupset and rigida rims
1994 ish muddy fox sorcerer pro, girvin flex stem, unsure on groupset. (believe it was an altus groupset)
All above got left behind when parents split up and i didnt move them in time of house being sold)
Kirk revolution, unsure of year or groupset, (left at uncles never to be seen again)
2004 GT agressor 3( sold to ex father in law)
Trek mountain track 850, sold on fleabay
Barracuda shadow (head tube snapped so stripped to build univega)
