Show us how you fixed crack on Manitou FS

I have two Manitou FS cracked frame on head tube...
Thinking to fit a ring of CNC aluminium and some epoxy resin...
I would like to know your happy or painful experiences before doing anything ...Just want to give them a second life.
Thank you for your help, I take all your ideas.

Have another FS frame with no crack, NOS work in progress...
(add pict of my two others bikes, S'Bike and Manitou FS)

Jesus, I thought that was mine.... but my crack was in a slightly different place, thankfully it too was save by Dan the Man Chambers.

I now have a sign in the man cave "On a quiet night you can hear a Manitou crack" :shock:

Probably best if you just message danson67, as I imagine every repair is slightly different.

Yowzers thats a good job, mine took a while but developed 2 HT cracks...but it had cracks in the rear upper CNC yoke since like 1996...

as an alternative was going to say (if he made them) a Chris King head tube thingo (ARC/Manitou andything easton ProGram, same HT issues):
