I'm not looking for any karma, and probably wouldn't get any anyway, but if you like looking at KHS's, this is a KHS.

Does everybody know that KHS stands for Knowledge, Health and Strength? I only found that out recently!

i was under the impression it stood for Kung Hsue She who started the company in taiwan?

Now that's an epic picture TSC!
Those full sussers are nice, when would they be from - 1996ish?
Thanks all for posting, anymore before Friday?

Owned briefly before snapping the frame :(

Where did it break? This one belongs to my girl, hoping to avoid the same fate.....

At the BB pivot.

It seems after years of UK use the BB area had become a little prone to rust from what I assumed to be the collection on top of the pivot housing.

IIRC it acted almost like a shelf for water to sit on. :?

Shame as I thought it rode quite well - even better if it had had a decent shock like on yours

I see what you mean about water on top of the pivot-didn't realize it was steel, mine is aluminum so not such a worry....I do like the look of the frame in steel though. The shock is an NR-2 and needs a recharge/rebuild, Noleen is still around and does it for $100. It's kind of steep, but who knows how hard it will be to find something that has the same specs, but I'll look before dropping that much cash on a 17 year old shock. It's a cool bike, nicely built, really-of course relatively wimpy compared to today's iron but it's for XC and not launching off doubles anyway.
