Full strip down and rebuild inbound

23" c-c. Its a 1985 because it has 5 at the start of the serial number

Top headset cup suitably de-rusted in the midst of the strip down

Same with the seatpost.

Also rebuilt the BB, cleaned the Suguino chainset, cleaned the frame, T Cut and polish all over
