Shimano ST-R500 brake hoods

I've been looking everywhere for a pair of brake hoods to fit some old ST-R500 8 speed brifters I bought on ebay. The shifters work fine and it seems a shame to bin them for want of new hoods. However, it seems that Shimano don't make them any more and I can't find anywhere that sells them. I know they're the same part number (Y-6CT 98100) as ST4400 Tiagra hoods and was wondering if anyone here knows where I can get hold of a pair, or failing that, which other hoods might be a tolerable fit? All assistance gratefully received!

Have you searched for Hudz? They are aftermarket ones, not sure if they do a variant to fit as I run Campag, which has only a couple of designs.
