Shimano dont seem to be making 2x11 low clamp dual pull front mechs anymore.All their low clamps are bottom pull only from what I see.I have a frame that can only use low clamp top pull front mechs.I cant use an older 3x front mech with a compact 2x chainset as the mech wont go low enough as the cage is too long and hits the swingarm.Anyone know a way around it?Check the Q/A in the links,they seem to confirm it.Bizarre...

I`ll be going that way but I like the option of an inner ring with the wide ratio cassette for some of the lung buster climbs.I`ll have to get a 2x10 mech as they can be got in low clamp top/dual pull,it should be fine.

I've been running both 2x9 and 2x10 front mechs on 10 speed and 11 speed chainsets (and the proper sideswing front mech on 11 speed as well!) and it works perfectly well.

Yeah,I threw on a 2x10 front and after a small faf with trimming the mech all is 100%.
