Shimano 3x9 STI's wanted - Sora / Tiagra level

Hi, I'm after some of the above please to upgrade to 9 speed - nothing NOS or Dura Ace required just functional and tidy thanks.

I have a NOS (Yes I know I did read the post) right side Tiagra shifter and I think the left too that has packed up as they do hence why I still have an unused R/H.

How bad is the LH one and what model ? Wondering if it might be fixable or can source another as really need a matching pair. My current Sora 3x8 have the thumb triggers which I really don't get on with.

They are ST 4500. Just had a look at them and I had tried to fix them obviously I failed ; 0) all parts there if you want to have a go.

Just to throw this into the mix.....
I have a left hand 105 triple (ST-5510) couple small scuffs but functions perfect. Missing the bar clamp but you could reuse your old one?

A few scratches and dings but work perfect. Can supply pics on demand.

Hi all, sorry had a long weekend AFK so apologies for the lack of responses. I've picked up a complete 2x9 105 groupset now for a good price (I hope!) so am going to try the compact chainset ratio's instead of the triple so if anyone else wants to take up any of the offers made on this thread then go ahead !
