This one will be hard to nail. Hint is that its a road bike company who made some early MTB's. This is a first year model from them.

Think boutique bikes in NY. Not a mass produced bike and are still being made today.

Ok, we done. It's a Serotta Colorado Legend AT. Full XTR build that had a riser bar and stem added but were swapped for the cockpit now that you see. The guy I bought it from the original owner who owned it since new, was bought on a whim from a sales person from Serotta. The guy also started selling import carbon frames built up or frames, name of the company was/is Legend Bikes. Ironic.

Very nice indeed, do love a nice Serotta, the response may be a little underwhelming at the moment as this is from my experience mainly a UK/European based group and it is 2.30 in the A.M. as you say over there...
