I contacted the great man himself & his 1980 TT winning bike is now in the Cycling Time Trials Museum was his answer.

Didn't know there was one ! National museum in Llandrindod Wells , but not a time trial specific one :?

I'm 2 years late to this party - and have just discovered this discussion...

I can confirm that Sean Yate's 1980 Emperor Sport TT bike is not in any Cycling Museum.

It is in fact in my back shed here in Luton. I bought it about 12 - 13 years ago exactly as shown in the comic feature above
