are the tempest avalanche and zasker frames the same or not

No the Zaskar and Zaskar LE frames from 1995 are 6061 butted aluminum and made in the USA and have a flat top tube end cap.

The Avalanche, Pantera, Backwoods and Tempest are all 7005 aluminum and were made in Taiwan in 1995. The have a curved top tube cap.
