I've been watching this and also can't decide what it's worth. It all depends what the frame is made from IMO. If it's the same as the fifty million red ones that turn up every other day and is plain Tange DB then £50 is about right but they did do this design in better tubes and this being black instead of red got me wondering. Saying that, the kit on it whiffs of 'special edition' lower end frame.
