S-WORKS M2 Build update

So i've just purchased this from the bay, it's a little larger than I would normally go for (18") but I've always wanted an S-Works so I'm gonna see how it goes!
Apparently it was custom painted by Specialized? They were usually red with yellow decals.

Can anyone tell me what year the frame possibly is? I've tried contacting the seller but he hasn't responded.

94 I´d say looking at the welds or seat clamp skewer doesn´t mean much I know. maybe 95.

I have no idea how to build it up!! :? Won't be going down sugino disc route though, although I'm open to suggestions.
What Shimano groupset would of been on these frames at the time?

M900 maybe the route i'll go then, it'll be certainly a slow build though as I'm near completion of Zaskar which has made brassick!

Although if some minty/NOS parts become available I maybe tempted to purchase a few bits
