From what I've read about the drilled type Harden hubs, the first batches were originally made from undrilled bacon slicers and retro drilled at the factory, I hope this wasn't one of them!
As for its worth - I'd go a few quid for it (if it was an auction sale) as I require a Harden front hub axle.
