Appreciate that it’s got some spare face plates but £250 a stem is pushing it beyond reasonableness in my opinion.

It’s a stem after all.

I agree completely mate, I couldn't justify something like that!
Thought I'd share just in case, I know some people don't seem to have a budget when it comes to building bikes!

Thanks fella. Yeah; I know and understand market forces and all that and people will pay what they will pay. However there are some people out there that are more concerned with helping people out at reasonable prices than making a killing on a sale.

The average price of a stem on eBay is about £20. Ringle takes a premium so £80 to £120 is about market. £250 is taking the piss I feel. But that’s just my personal opinion.

I've only broken one in the last few years. ...after a ride. I was just going around the neighborhood to dry the bike after washing.
