Routes of old?

Hello team, not visited this section for a while.

Been asked on Singletrackworld for some route information across the NYM after I mentioned the ace rides we used to do.

I'm thinking specifically about the Goathland BDW, first Cropton BDW but also any that went near to The Hole of Horcum as my memory is terrible and they all merge in to one. Any guidance on the routes we took would be ace!
