Sure I know the other huge resto on a Rotec. His thread is so impressive, I hope I had a better base to go more on details.

New fork just landed on the Rotec !

White Brothers DH3 will better suit the Rotec spirit !

Miracle has happened ! I found a NOS Rotec shock in France for a bargain !!
It came with original decals and crown bumper I was also missing !

What a dream !

So, I mounted those on the frame !

FRAME RESTO IS OVER !!! This big boy is ready for building ! Let's move forward !

... First built ! Not definitive at all !

What left :

- Find a Red Chris King headset
- Change Azonic stem for MX direct stem, for shorter reach
- Change Azonic handlebar to fit new stem, and get wider 700mm at least (660mm today, wich is very short a such a big bike)
- Find Hope 6mm hose for reat brake. 170cm long at least, this bike is so huge !
- Brake full service
- Fork service, or find another White Bros in better condition.
- Finish to repolish the saddle box, destroyed by the hard sand blast

Once this is done, I'll be happy ! What a fantastic move since the beginning ! I'm already so impressed by the result.
