Rossin Shimano 600 arabesque

Hello everyone, I need a little bit help with identifying this bike. It looks like a real rossin but i couldn'f find this exact frame on the internet. My only concern is the fact that it has Shimano dropouts and i'm not sure if rossin actually used these.

What's the bb thread and also the frame number? - different companies use different formats, so it's usually a giveaway.

The head tube badging looks wrong to me - the frame looks nice quality but production-line.

The decals look very like..

Decals on the head tube don't really look 'quite right', I'm kinda dubious it's a Rossin. The fork crown looks a bit nastier than I'd expect on a Rossin. Beautifully finished though, a keeper.
