Just read this on FB. Cant believe these are so prone to failure. The design should make them extra stiff ( a big issue with early plain guage Ti frames ). I can only assume the welds were contaminated or some such. What a shame, always liked these.

Also looks like the picture is from 1992

It is not a Ti-Bolt but a Titanium.
