Well, I finally solved my problem. I've figured out how to rebuild the seal on Rockshox Mag air valve caps. I invested a little bit of time and funds experimenting with various materials, so I thought I'd provide this service to recoup my costs.

Ive heard that they are the same, but have never held one myself.

If you like, send them over and I'll rebuild them. If it works, then we can discuss payment. I'll give you an RB discount. The rebuild with not damage the unit. But the original seal will be toast when its removed.

sounds good. one of the seals is leeking anyway, so you can do that one first. Would like to know the costs before I send you the top caps though, as I am not using the fork at the moment. If you could send me a PM when you know a price including return shipping to the Netherlands? No hurry there mate, as I mentioned, the fork is not being used...

I'll give you an intro price of 10 bucks per top cap.

Whats involved is cleaning, checking the orings, lubing, pressing in the seal and doing a quality check to make sure the seal is good.

USPS says shipping to Holland will be 8 USD for the return for 8 oz (approx).

As you can tell, its not a big money maker.

Just a reminder, depressurize the fork before removing the top caps.

I know you know better, but it doesnt hurt to be safe

Why not just flog them the replacement valve instead, would be cheaper all round.
They're not exactly hard to fit and put a medium thickness pin through.
