wondered if there was anyone out there could tell me how to repair

What is your location, if you'r local to me I could have a look.
spares ... either pic up another set or search ebay for springs, elastomer, cartridges etc.. Bushings don't seem to come up all to often though.

Though it does depend on year...

but i think im sorted,
looked at fluffychickns gallery and found service manual for shocks,
the adjusters were right out, when turned in with a slight jolt they went good, but will strip and re-lube,
