I'll knock a fiver off the mech and do the stem for £25. The xt fin is sold pp at the mo and the x lite bars ain't being given away I'm afraid.

I saw teh X-Lite bars after I'd made the post. They would certainly do...Shame about the fin.

Ok so we got:

Headset - £25
Rear mech - from £45 red to £40
Stem - from £27.50 red to £25

IF you do the bars for £10 that'll be £100 all in....hmm should I be spending that much on this bike????
