I was thinking the same as it matches the colour and style of that fork, just need conformation as I will be refurbing these for a project, so I need to know exactly what they are so I can order the new seals.

Judy XC from around 1998 I think. Quite possibly OE forks going by the colour of the decals.

Looks like they may be missing some "long travel" decals from the lower legs too.

1998 JudyXC but not the long travel from where that brace is sitting.

Should have full (two part) springs in them.
