Rock Shox Pilot questions....

got a set practically free.
took the lower outer legs off as the paint/aluminium body needs re working and repainting. just gonna do a cheap job, nothing special.
took the valve out the top of the leg with the coil and its pi**ed oil everywhere.
when putting it all back together, how much oil is needed and how do i put it in the fork?

If my memory of the Pilot's short life is correct, however much oil you put in it's all going to leak out anyway...

awesome. good job i only picked them up for 2quid. they werent leaking at all and the dust wipers were buggered to buggery.
the inside of the left leg is all gunked up though so these may well be a right off. its like limescale or something....:S
