Had a spin round the route this morning, nice steady pace, no cake stop today and it took just under three hours... So prob about 40ish miles, can't be more accurate as no Garmin/strava that work :\ nothing extreme in the way of hilly bits apart from a couple of short sharp ones a few miles from the finnish hope to see some of you in a couple of weeks

Less than a week to go now folks!

I have taken two bikes out of their den, ready to ride now. I will decide which one nearer the time.

Sunday's forecast looks better. Saturday, mild but more chance of rain. Sunday, cooler but drier.

Who else is going?
