Very nice. Inspiration for my albeit later build. I think with the forks it is because the majority of the rake happens lower down. I looked at mine with suspicion too.

Parini and Berardi were very small and local builders.

I don't know Parini but Berardi now has a little shop and sell only baby bikes ...
