Ritchey P22 Team

there are some NOS 28h Ritchey Vantage Pro Rims on eBay at the moment. Not cheap - but look in very nice shape. Finding the rims was the hardest part of my build too.

Most parts I hoarded over time are generally in mint condition. But there is something really amazing about using new parts. In this case new tyres and brakes. An instruction manual that is decades old. Everything wrapped in such a way that it is nice to unpack and get going.

Thanks! I might take a punt. I have a nice set of 32h Vantage Pros on XT hubs. They are true, but not new. It’s the problem with my standard, I keep raising the bar.

It's on the wall now, done. Or more or less done. I was in doubt whether I should go for white or black cabling, but gave the white outers a go. I think they look great, together with the white saddle and decals. Fitting cables in my workshed basement is therapeutic. A good podcast, bike and racing parts wherever I look, take away Chinese, just bliss. A couple of more things to do. Yes, it needs a seat post clamp bolt. And a nice set of pedals. I could do with a more mint seat post, stem and bar. But happy enough how it is now. I'll add the full spec list later.
