I think it looks more like a 19 or 20".

I am wondering about the year...the rear cable stop is positioned for v-brakes, so I'm thinking it could be 1996+.

Odd, somewhat crappy parts, especially that crank!

I could use that theadless Logic fork though.

Terrible build. Crankset, stem, handlebar, hubset/wheels, cable hoses, seatpost, saddle... just about everything!

If it was an 18", I'd pick it up myself. I'm surprised these Ritchey's don't go for a lot more. Granted I've only seen a few of them pop up on the 'bay in the past year or so, but they are much more rare than any Klein!
