Retrobike display for mobile devices: How?

There is a way of getting Retrobike forums to fit nicely on the screen of mobile devices, i achieved it previously, but currently i get the whole laptop type view with tiny font and needs constant scrolling and zooming. Anyone know how to reactivate the mobile view?
Other websites already work properly on mobile view like BBC News etc..

Is it not the button at the bottom of the screen for swolitch to full view / switch to mobile view?

Recently devices are smart enough and know which view they want by default, ie my phone uses mobile view, so might be a setting on you device somewhere
