Ive decided to keep them as a fellow RB member and CF expert has very kindly offered to check them over and repair them for me. Ive also just had a reply from the seller who states that he was racing with this bar up until recently and had no problems (obviously they didnt break on him!) which is reassuring!

I got my bars back today with the cracks glued up and some ally inserts to add a bit of strength

Im really pleased with the quality of the work done. Let me know what you think.

Only downside is a 50g gain in weight. Major bummer
