Restoring a 1980 Dawes Galaxy – Free wheel and chain needed

Hi folks,
I’m slowly making progress restoring my 1980 Dawes Galaxy
Unfortunately, the original freewheel on my bike was corroded beyond redemption and so was the chain.
I’ll have to replace both.
The originals were a Suntour VXT freewheel 5-speed: 14/17/20/24/28 and the chain was a 112-114links chain.

As the aim of this project is to restore the bike as closely as is possible to its original condition, I have a problem in that Suntour ceased trading some time ago.

With that in mind can anyone recommend a dealer who might be able to help me with either:
• A second-hand Suntour 14/17/20/24/28 freewheel
Or
• Suggest a suitable alternative 5-speed freewheel?

I have a Shimano UG freewheel that would work well in it's place? Pretty sure I sold the Suntour I had :?

I think you might have to regard freewheel clusters and chains as consumables and expect them to be replaced with whatever is available and suitable. A chain is a chain, in other words.

As for the freewheel, how about using one of these:
