Regarding replacement Syncros stickers.. the original decals on my seatpost look screen printed to me but when these wear and need replacing.. rather than making a screen, it looks like most folks are replacing them with stickers cut out on the plotter which will inevitably peel, i appreciate screen printing one-off's is time consuming but is there any reason why folks are not using the outer from the sticker as a stencil, masking off and spaying the decals? .. surly this would look closer to the original or am i missing something.

I do that all the time as well and I also sell the stencils. Its nothing new or special

You're right.. i never said it was new or special but it does look better than stickers.. it's cool, i've got access to a plotter.

Yes it's a better solution. But how do you paint it then permanently!

Zinc chromate or zinc phosphate self etch primer then colour coat.

No, which paint product exactly? Rattle can spray paint, Airbrush paint? Sharpie pens? Shoe cream?
