Replacement Road Shoes - just like my old Sidi ones - advice

Sometime back I sold most of my old bike gear, now that my health is restored I am searching for something akin to my old style of SIDI shoes

Red/Black leather uppers just a normal shoe type sole but non flexible

Bought them around 1982, I dont need / want the click in type sole fittings as I ride a couple of old bikes all with pedals with toe clips.

Can you still get a road type shoe - I prefer not to go down the MTB /walking shoe with a hiking boot sole.

Any ideas or alternative makes still available ?

I've been looking for a pair of these too (all black please) but so far with no luck. As far as I know no one is making'em anymore...
