Removing paint from a vintage silca pump

So i tried steel wool and rubbing alcohol last night and had some luck. Unfortunately the paint on the pump handle is different / harder than the paint on the tube. I'll try and take a photo tonight.

Here’s my progress with steel wool and rubbing alcohol

are the logos engravings? I could maybe even suggest a Dremel with wire wheel for the handle?
The logo on the tube is raised and made with some gold material (paint perhaps?) and the logos on the handle are raised and molded into the piece. It will be difficult to keep the handle logos in good condition and remove the paint using my current approach.
