Rechargeable rear bike light??

I've got a Knog Blinder. My mini review.

Pros:
-Very bright and compact, it's quite a discreet light when it's clipped on and switched off.
-Quick release strap is exceptionally convenient for using on multiple bikes.
-USB charging is convenient and USB tag seems to be pretty resistant to corrosion.

Cons:
-Strap perishes quite quickly and I had to get it replaced under warranty. This seems to be a common problem.
-Battery life is nowhere near as long as they state.
-I forget to charge it from time to time and then you're stuck.
-It rattles when you ride.

As I said though, it's a very convenient little light and I wish they could iron out the problems.

Aldi have got bike gear in again atm but i didn't notice any lights in store but i'll probably be popping in again either later today or monday so will update with more info later ..

I find that the cheap ones have brittle and less secure brackets and worse waterproofing.

My preference is a decent brand (e.g. Cateye) with removable batteries - I run rechargables. The advantage of removable batteries is that you can revive a light immediately even when the battery is dead - unlike ones with a built-in battery/

Fair point hamster and if i remember rightly i've got a set of cat eye lights hidden away in my shed and tbh they've proven to be really reliable in the 5 years that i've had them and i hate built in rechargeable
batteries as once they stop charging you lose the light itself ..
