I hope the link works as doing this on my phone.

how much would you pull them in by if their 135mm.

i've seen a wheel set with the hubs I want but the rear hub is max 126mm over the lock nuts and I can't pack the spindle out.

it's 4.5mm each side pulling in but this is continues tension on the rear end.

I wouldnt like to mess in case the frame gets assymetrical.

Swap for a longer axle and pad out with 5 mm spacers each side?

Re:

If the axle is a standard threaded axle, just switch it for the oln135mm length and spacer either side.
Otherwise I wouldn't bother unless you intend to true the wheel to the frame to centre it and. You can live with the faff of getting the wheel in and out.

Re:

It looks like a no go then.

I want make it in to a klunker type of bike. so I fancy drum brakes but I also fancied having a internal geared hub so it still looks like a single speed.

I would imagine the spindle wouldn't be a simple straight threaded bar on these, so it's not a simple swap else I would have bought the wheel set by now.

I just wanted to hear your thoughts as I didn't fancy pulling them in but thought you chaps may have tried.

I'll leave it alone and mist likely get a rear sram coaster brake with 2 speed automatix as I'm sure there 135mm.

thanks for your input as you confirmed what I expected but not what I wanted to hear
