Rear derailleur lack of tension. Help please :)

Retro Newbie
So I had some problems with my rear derailleur. I was fiddling with it while taking out my rear wheel when something popped and the whole tension in the pulley cage was lost. I took it off and managed to solve the issue ( the spring popped from it's socket). However, when I attache d the derailleur back on the frame, the tension was lost at the other spring. I have a video here showing how it is and how i assume it should be

What am I doing wrong? how can I fix it ?

Thanks

Re:

The top pivot spring is either not located correctly when you tried to re-seat it or maybe you have inadvertently snapped it .
Chances are you have not loaded the spring with the correct tension if that makes sense.
I would have a play with it again but if the worst has happened you should find a repacement on ebay for about £5- 15 easily, I personally would take the chance to upgrade it as the plastic body simplex are notoriously fragile.
