Where did you buy it?

I think you'll need to trawl the classic frame builders' section on Classiclightweights. The cutting on the fork crown is pretty distinctive, so with the whatever the lugs look like you should be able to identify it.
 
I bought it in Leek staffs... Although who's to say that it didn't live at the above postcode once upon a time!
Believe me I've been through classic lightweights amongst soooooo many other sites & I just can't nail it was just hoping that someone on here might recognise it ...I'm assuming it's British & early sixties by the cyclo dropouts & double levers?

Very similar to this... Seat stays are slightly shorter than mine & pump pegs are on different tube (but 'offset' like mine) & unfortunately... its not 531....
