Option C is looking good

My only reservations are that the sachs mailard screw on is so bad compared with shimano hyperglide, and having taken the Disk Drive to Afan last weekend mounted on the Klein I've kinda fallen in love with the sound and its head turning ability.

How about disk drive rear as built, Pace hub on 231 on the front?

More updates

Crank arms and stem are back from the platers and thought I'd dry assemble them to see how they look.

Also the magura's are stripped and ready for black powder coating.

Chroming, I love the colours in the nickle plating but when the frame is polished it will match the chroming to a 'T'

I remember seeing you at a cyclo cross event, may have been your first in Wessx colours...blimey you flew that day!!!

I used to ride for Bournemouth MTB Centre and Bournemouth Arrow...I have a few photos of you and the guys, Dinger, Tim and Nigel Parkinson...will have to scan them and put them up...

What are those guys up to now...do you still keep in touch?

Was out riding with Dinger only the other week. Old Parkinson hasn.t been out for a while but he's a regular on Tuesday nights.
Tim Joyce has his hands full with a new addition to his family.
Dave Wilde is another regular out and about...Crikey :shock:
Do you remember Rich from surftracks? He's taken over from Dave Wilde at Poole MTB Centre and has called it http://www.ridebike.co.uk/
He keeps us up to date with all thats new.

Good times at the moment for cycling in Poole.

I've been over here since 2006, riding is incredible, but I do miss the Purbecks...love that place...

Good to hear the guys are still out and about and that Poole MTB Centre is still around...

Trevor Fenwick of Echo Newspaper fame sent me these pics, not quite sure what races they were but it was c.1991....
