This is surprising to me, since there are so many great English bikes from the 40s and 50s. Bagpuss' Hetchins from October/November of 2012 seems to be the only one…..

Yes, I always expect to see more classic british lightweights in the running. But, I totally missed that one. Rather nice. And it beat off some stiff Italian competition. Everyone does go mad for a Hetchins!

I actually voted for the Raleigh/AX group. So in a way I'm a winner too.
The Rotrax was a close second choice though.
