Wow!! Look amazing.
I had no idea you could sand off the "Blue CF"?!
A friend of mine had one way back and I always assumed the actual CF was partially blue. So it was just a paint/clearcoat then huh?
Did you respray a new clearcoat on it?

How does your friend make exact replica decals like that? I'd love to get some made up for my old Trek Y-Bike.

Also, please tell me this frame was not part of the Raven frame recall or that you had a dealer do the repair prior to all this work! I 'd hate to see this one crack in half on you after all that!

Hi, thnx for looking! All Raven frames have a colourpaint and a clearcoating, accept the 4000 sl and 4000sx, they came in a raw, clearcoated look. The Raven had has the Cannondale recall for the BB.
I`ve clearcoated it professionaly by a paintshop, it`s semi-gloss.... :shock:
Look on the Forum for Gil_M, and there pop-up lots of stuff..
There`s one project that I have to do.....or is anybody interested??

every body knows my views on full susers. But you must be happy. Cracking build. So much better than the first picture. Love the rear hub. So much sexy carbon is what's doing it.

I`ve posted the other Raven, it`s a shame to make it just as the 4000sx
it`s only driven for 35 km since bought new in 2000!!
Maybey someone interested??

Raven 2 update

The blue raven 2000sl with only 35km driven have had a lil transformation

into...I`m sorry for killing an `original, this..

sanded it, clearcoated it in highly gloss transparant,

Than sanded it again with grid 1200 waterproof for a final clearcoat semi-gloss and of course the decals from Gil_M still to come...

and this wheels are on there way overhere..
