One has been ordered today,
The campagnolo crankset is french thread, can someone tell me is it clockwise or anti clockwise to remove the lefthand pedal? i have removed the right but cant remember which way i turned it! i know schoolboy stuff haha

I'm sure you've already used or thought of using something similar, but I find PlusGas to be fairly miraculous stuff.

Well im pleased to say that the damm seatpost is finally out, after using peno spray, plus gas, then after a good dosing of caustic soda and three grown men and a vice it finally gave in lol.... it was a stuborn old mule

moving on does anybody know the colour code of the red paintwork on the frame?
im thinking of giving it a full respray
