Raleigh Record Ace 1983

I've obtained a 1983 Raleigh record Ace (long story) but it's too big @57cm
Awesome condition a few very minor rust spots appearing and the odd chip but condition is fantastic considering it's age and easily dealt with with a touch up
Seems to have all original parts after researching it and even the original mudguards and bar tape, plus a manual, a parts inventory and a signed quality control card from the production line. Looking at the suede saddle and bar tape it's hardly been used.
I've put some new michelin tyres on it the nearest i could find to the originals and new innertubes
Please let me know your thoughts on price
I'd be interested in swapping for a 54cm Raleigh in similar condition but a bit racier like a panasonic team replica
