Yes I have a restored Raleigh Pro MKV frame number A2088 rechromed and refinoshed by Dave Marsh at Maltby finished in Mink Blue and Silver size 22.5" C-T seat tube.Frame only.

I've been patiently looking for a MKIV 22.5" for much longer.

Is it the mk IV that has the shot in seat stays? it was usually the USA models that were numbered by roman numetasls and a Carlton in Raleigh clothing.

Yes that's correct.
I know that 22.5" will fit.
23.5" may be too large for me.
