This is my summer commuter for the last 3 years it's still a very fast and comfortable ride. It's Reynolds 2070 Tubing which is 653 equivalent. Judging by the crazy money being asked on eBay they are becoming really collectible. It's a very reluctant sale but I've just bought a Dynatech Pro and I have too many bikes.
It's got a full Shimano 600 Tricolour groupset, which again go for daft money and Fir Deep rim wheels with 105 hubs. All of the bonded joints are fine, being hyper critical there is a little bit of play in the screwed joint at the seat lug but I'm told this is common and it can be adjusted. It hasn't got any worse in 3 years so it's never worried me.
Sizewise, Raleigh claimed it was a 57 cm, but it's closer to 56.5.
