im no weather engineer so can someone explain to me why its rained since march?
is it because ive decided to commute by bike since then?
is it a mayan 21/12/12 thing?
is god testing me to see if i really am a cyclist?
is the gulf stream ever gonna shift its fat arse and let the high pressure in?
is there an end to this madness?

Same here. They were calling for rain Saturday through Monday here earlier in the week, but now that's changed to nothing but sun. I'm going to have to drag the sprinkler out and water the (now brown and dormant) lawns.

Someone said yesterday that the hot weather that the US is getting is influencing the Gulf stream so as long as they get what they are getting which is unusual we are going to get wet as usual.

Somehow I just can't think that the worlds first human / sheep chimera isn't necessarily going to have the cerebral chops (see what I did there? this stuff just writes itself...) for meglomania and world conquering fortitude.

That's what they said in 2009 (i think) only then the unusually hot weather was in mainland Europe.
